Angina:

• Angina refers to the pain and discomfort in the chest area
• It occurs due to a reduction in the supply of oxygen rich blood to the heart muscles
• There is a heavy and squeezing sensation in the chest
• The pain may extend to the jaw, neck, shoulder, back and arms

Symptoms to look for:

• Nausea
• Sweating
• Dizziness
• Fatigue
• Breathlessness
• Anxiety

Causes:

Blockage of blood arteries in the heart due to presence of cholesterol deposits, which obstructs the blood supply to the heart muscles. This could occur due to,

• Smoking
• Diabetes
• High blood pressure
• Stress
• Unhealthy diet

Natural home remedy using honey and lemon juice:

1. Take 1 glass warm water
2. Add 2 tsp honey
3. Add 4 tbsp lemon juice
4. Mix well
5. Drink first thing in morning
This will clear blood vessels and prevent cholesterol formation

Natural home remedy using basil leaves and honey:

1. Take a handful of basil leaves
2. Crush them and make a paste
3. Heat the paste in 150 ml water for 5-7 min
4. Strain and cool the mixture
5. Take 3-4 tsp of this juice
6. Add 2 tsp of honey to it
7. Consume 3 times a day

Tips:

• Avoid smoking
• Exercise regularly
• Avoid red meat
• If you are diabetic, consume medication regularly
